explain the laws of gelatine Especially bovine gelatine. We get products from
South Africa, Malaysia Pakistan and Turkey. Does that have any impact on the

Answer:
The gelatin of a Halal animal will be permissible to consume if it was slaughtered as per Shariah laws. Moreover, every product will be investigated individually and a blanket ruling cannot be passed. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the gelatin of a particular country; therefore, you may enquire about the product from the reliable Halal certifying bodies (i.e. Sanha, Zamha, etc.).
