Question: 

Is it permissible for a woman to have two piercings on one ear ? 

Answer: 

Yes, a woman is allowed to have one piercing in the ear unconditionally. If more than one piecing is fashion, it should be avoided. If it is a traditional habit of the Muslim ladies of that area for generations and it is not something which is fashion of the non-Muslims or ladies who walk around unveiled, it will be permissible.ii
