1.A few
drops of blood fell in my BOTTLE of milk. Is the milk napaak although there was
no real change to the taste of the milk?

the ruling differ if the milk is in larger quantity like maybe a huge
container. And what about a glass of milk

about an impurity falling in a huge tank of oil? what is the ruling?

4. is the
ruling of liquids becoming pure or impure the same as water. 

Answer: 

1. By a few drops of impurity falling in a bottle of milk will cause the milk to become impure (and impermissible to consume) even though the taste hadn’t changed.

وَكُلُّ مَاءٍ وَقَعَتْ فِيهِ نَََاسَةٌ لََْ يََُزْ الْوُضُوءُ بِهِ وَكَذَا إذَا غَلَبَ عَلَى ظَن هِ ذَلِكَ وَأَرَادَ بِهِ غ يَْْ الَْْارِي أَوْ مَا هُوَ فِِ مَعْنَاهُ كَالْغَدِيرِ الْعَظِيمِ)الْوهرة النيْة ص 16 )

2. If a few drops of impurity fall into a large jug of milk or even a drum of milk then too the milk will become impure due to the minimal quantity of milk held in the jug or drum.

3. Before answering this query, let me apprise you in regards to what is considered as a large quantity of water that is not affected by impurity falling into it. The jurists have written that determining whether the water can be quantified as little or a lot is left to the discretion of the person using the water, and not based on the measurement of 10 x 10 which is generally quoted. Those individuals that use ponds on a daily basis are of the opinion that if any impurity falls into the pond, but the pond is so large that the impurity doesn’t reach the opposite end of the pond immediately, then it is considered as a large pond, otherwise it will be considered as a small pond.

Impurity that has fallen in a small pond causes the water of the pond to become impure. Now keeping this ruling in mind we answer your query. If the tank of oil is so large that the liquid contained in the tank covers the area of a huge pond (as explained above), then by a few drops of impurity falling into it will not cause it to become impure; but if the tank is not so large then the oil will become impure as a result of the impurity/ies contaminating the entire tank.

) وَالْمُعْتَبََُ ( فِِ مِقْدَارِ ال راكِدِ ) أَكْبََُ رَأْيِ الْمُبْتَلَى بِهِ فِيهِ ، فَإِنْ غَلَبَ عَلَى ظَن هِ عَدَمُ خُلُوصٍ ( أَيْ وُصُولِ ) النَّجَاسَةِ إلََ الْْ ابِبِ الْْخَرِ جَازَ وَإِلََّّ لََّ ( هَذَا ظَاهِرُ ال رِوَايَةِ عَنْ الِْْمَامِ ، وَإِلَيْهِ رَجَعَ مَُُمَّدٌ ، وَهُوَ الَْْصَ حُّ كَمَا فِِ الْغَايَةِ وَغَيِْْهَا ، وَحَقَّقَ فِِ الْبَحْرِ أَبَّهُ الْمَذْهَبُ ، وَبِهِ يعُْمَلُ ، وَأَنَّ التَّقْدِيرَ بِعَشْرٍ فِِ عَشْرٍ لََّ يَرْجِعُ إلََ أَصْلٍ يعُْتَمَدُ عَلَيْهِ )الدر المختار ص 141 ج 1 )

Other Fataawa Kitaabs state that a pond measuring 10 Zira (lengthwise) x 10 Zira (breath wise) is considered to be a huge quantity of water.

شرعی حوض کم از کم دس ہاتھ لمبا اور دس ہاتھ چوڑا وجنا چاہے ، ارن چوڑائی میں کچھ کمی وج تو لمبائی میں زیادتی کردی جائے جس ے  نسبت دہ در دہ کی حاصل وججائے ۔ کہرائی ساڑھے چار فٹ ھی  کافی ہے ۔ تاووی محمودیہ و 83 ج 8

4. Yes, the ruling/s pertaining to liquids becoming impure due to impurities falling into them is generally based on the ruling/s of water, unless an explicit text is found in the books of Fiqh for a particular liquid, in which case an independent ruling will be given for the mentioned liquid.
