Parda from in-laws, travelling with sister's husband

Question: 

1)Does a
woman have to observe Parda for the following people:

•Her
maternal/paternal aunts Husband

•Husbands
Uncles

•Husband's
Nephews 

2)Is a
woman allowed to travel a Musaafir distance with her sister's Husband;if the
sister is in the car with them?

3)Is a
woman allowed to stay at her sister's house, without any Mahram?

The brother
in law is present in the house


Answer: 

1. Yes, she will have to observe Purdah from her paternal and maternal aunt’s husbands as well as her husband’s uncles and nephews.

2. It will not be permissible for her to travel Musafir distance with her sister’s husband even though her sister may be present in the vehicle.

3. We strongly discourage such a practice in this day and age due to the fear of Fitnah, even though Shari’ee Purdah may be observed at all times and the room may be totally secluded from the rest of the house.
