Qurbani: 

If an animal qualifies to be slaughtered for Qurbani in terms of its age but is very small in size (such as dwarfs found in human beings), can such an animal be sacrificed for Qurbani? 

Answer: 

If the dwarf-like animal is the only one in the entire herd, it will be regarded as a fault in the animal and will not be suitable for sacrificing, and if the entire species is of the dwarf kind it will be acceptable to sacrifice such animals if the conditions for validity of slaughtering such an animal is found.1

1If one has conviction that an animal has reached the age that it can be slaughtered, that is one year in sheep and goats, 2 years in cows and 5 in Camels and it still seems to be looking small in the eyes of an on-looker it will be permissible to sacrifice such an animal.
