Answer:
The virtue of Takbeer-e-Ula will certainly be attained if a person performs Salaah with Jamaat from the very beginning whether he led the Salaah with his family following him, or he led the Salaah elsewhere. However, its Makrooh to hold a second Jamaat in the Masjid.
