Question: 

Is
it permissible for a woman to trim her eyebrow hairs with a scissor ? Please
give the full fatwa of eyebrow shaping and trimming etc. 

Answer: 

It is not permissible to trim, pluck, shave or shape the eyebrows. However, if some strands stray from the natural eyebrow shape and it looks abnormal then it can be removed to normalize it.iii
