Tajweed for Beginners was prepared by Qari Ismail Essack Sahib R.A. for the purpose of explaining the rules of Tajweed, covering the basic rules related to Makhaarij, Sifaat, and Waqf in general.
Qari Saheb R.A. wrote a number of books pertaining to the Noble Qur’an and its sciences. The most outstanding is Tajweed for Beginners. It serves as a basic manual for the learner and as a concise guidebook for the teacher, equally. The broad acceptance of this book is evident, considering that it is included in the Tajweed syllabus of many Madaris around the world. It has been translated into many languages, including Arabic, Urdu, French and Portuguese. This Kitaab has been printed repeatedly, over and over again. There is a growing demand once again for a reprint of the book. Notably, the edition of the book which you hold in your hands is the final revised edition, which was finalized by Qari Sahib R.A. approximately two months prior to his demise.
May Allah Ta'ala make this Kitaab beneficial to every person who reads it, especially the students of Deen in Darul-Ulooms and Madrasahs, for whom it was prepared and make it a means of Isaale Thawaab for Hadhrat Qari Ismail R.A. Aameen
