can you advice on the following

can we have a second jumma nammaz at our local mosque

the reason as follows

1) our kids some go to private school and they cant leave early

2) some times u get stuck in traffic and you miss your sallah or you just make
it to the last rakkat

3) sometimes they in meeting which gets prolongs and than they have to rush

4) example for instance a person is travelling by flight and he is landing at
11.00 clock assuming all goes well he should make it for jumma but if their is
a delay for just a few minutes and he misses

in southafrica mostly all the jumma times are 1.00 clock if we have a option of
performing at later time doesnt it make sense o have it a later stage

5) we did approach our local mosque they declined our request saying they will
loose musalis from the first jumma

what is the islamic rulling on performing a second jumma in terms of same venue
or jamaat khana

Answer: 

We are not in favour of Masajid / Musallahs / Jamaat Khanas having a second Jumuah at the same premises at a later time. With the large number of Salaah facilities available at in our country we don’t find a need to hold a second Jumuah at the same venue. We suggest that certain Masajid / Musallahs adjust their times in order to accommodate for the needs of the people. If there are certain Masajid and Musallahs in close proximity to each other then the Masjid should preferably maintain the standard Jumuah time (as the Masajid are generally capable of holding larger crowds) and the Musallah may delay their time to accommodate the late comers.
