person accepts Islam. He is still living with his wife who is christian. What
is the Shar'ee ruling and solution for him?

Answer:
The marriage of a man with his Christian or Jewish wife will remain intact upon him accepting Islam. He should set a good example for her in an effort to pave her way towards accepting Islam. (Shaami Vol. 2 Pg. 236)
