Question:

what
would be the Shari' ruling with regards to brides carrying and walking in with
bouquets at their wedding?

Answer:

First and foremost, as Muslims, we are advised and encouraged to preserve our Deen (religion), likewise its civilization and spirit and we are directed to refrain from any kind of imitations and emulations of the Kuffar in all facets of life.

Nabi Sallallahu Alaiha Wasallam stated:

من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم
He who imitates any people (in their actions) is considered to be one of them. (Abu Dawood #4031)

In light of the above, the bride is not permitted to walk with the bouquets as it is a trend and custom of disbelievers.

Moreover, in Shariah, we are encouraged to keep our weddings as simple as possible in order to receive the blessings and to have a blissful marriage-life;ii let alone, extravagance and the customs of disbelievers.
