Question:
if
I'm a supplier and I tell the people I can beat any price, and I have
customer 1 who gets a product supplied at R250 so I sell it to him at R240 and
I get customer 2 who says he gets it supplied at R260 so I supply him at R250, is this permissible?

Answer:
In the enquired case, it is permissible to do so, since you are not obliged to sell it on a similar price as long as there is no deception and dishonesty. (Majallah Vol. 1 Pg. 33)
