Question:

1.I
want to know when does the domino effect of impure items stop?

For example, if the right hand of a person becomes najis , and then, while
still wet, it touches his left hand. Now, if the left hand after having dried
up, touches a wet cloth, and that cloth touches a phone.Has the cloth and the
phone become najis?

2. Do sweaty hands transfer najasah?

3.How for example do i make my phone, the charger or doorhandles tahir after
they got najis?

4. With flowing water from a tap, how long do I leave impure hands under the
tap for them to be pure?

5. If Najasah dried on a towel, can we use that dried impure towel to dry up a
wet body

Answer:

It is important to understand that in cleansing najaasah there are two scenarios:

a. That najaasah which is concrete and is visible to the eye e.g. excreta. In this case an item will be regarded pure when the najaasah itself and its effects (color, smell) disappear even after washing only once. In contrast, some impurities might leave marks such as colour that may be difficult to remove. In this case a thorough wash until the rinsing water becomes clear of any impurity will be sufficient even though a stain might still be visible.

b. Najaasah which is invisible to the eye such as urine. in this case one must wash until certainty that impurity has been removed. (Al-Lubaab Vol. 1 Pg. 69)
(Note: this can normally be attained if one washes it thrice and squeezes the water out each time).

Furthermore, the Jurists have mentioned that when an impure material comes in contact with a pure material, if traces of impurity can be seen, then too the pure will become impure and it will be necessary to wash that portion. If no traces can be seen then the pure item remains pure. (Fataawa Mahmudiyyah Vol.. 5 Pg. 263)

From the above detailed Answer to Question #1, the answers to your 2nd & 4th questions may be deduced. With regard to your 5th question regarding a dry impure towel, Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Gangohi Rahimahullah has written; When a wet hand touches a dry impure cloth, if no traces of impurity appear on the hand then the hand will not be impure. [FATAAWA MAHMOODIYYAH Vol 5/Pge264]

With regards to the 3rd query, for Phones, Door handles, mirrors e.t.c. a clean cloth/material may be used several times (for example three times) to wipe the impurity away. This should be done in such a manner that after every wipe, the cloth must be rinsed. (Al-Lubaa Vol. 1 Pg. 67)
