Question:

Due to my
sickness, i am unable to control nor can i feel the passing of wind. I
sometimes hear the sound, sometimes it's a definite wind sound but other times
i can't tell if it's my stomach or wind. I sometimes smell an odour (but
sometimes due to my uncertainty, I think I'm fabricating the smell) . There are
few instances when I can definitely feel the wind by the contracting of my
stomach muscles.

I want to find out in which instances would my wuzu break and how should I
determine this.

Also since i can't control my wind, i sometimes pass wind while performing
salaat.

I want to know if I should finish my salaat or break it and then remake salaat.

I break my salaat n then remake wudhu n then read salaat, but find that most time
i have to restart salaat 3 times due to wudhu breaking each time.

Answer:

If you are releasing wind continuously and unable to control yourself as explained in the query then you will be categorised as a Mazoor. You are simply required to make a fresh Wudhu for every Salaah time and perform as many Salaah as you wish in the time. The emergence of wind during that Salaah time will not invalidate your Wudhu.

You should then renew your Wudhu when the next Salaah time enters and perform as many Salaah as you wish in that time and so forth.
