At times I
experience urine dripping, it happens randomly. Most of the time I feel
something leaked but I'm not sure 100% if urine did leak, or if its wind from
the front. This happens in Salaat and out of Salaat. For safety I repeat my
wudhu, change my clothes and repeat my Salaat. At times this happens few times a
day, this makes my life very miserable and I get depressed. 

Answer: 

If you are merely experiencing doubts/thoughts, then it should not be entertained.

However, if you are certain that urine drops have emerged (whilst performing Salaah) then you will be required to renew your Wudhu and repeat your Salaah after washing your clothing.
