Question: 

1]When making Wudhu with a Mudd, when one washes ones arms,someone said that if you scoop once the you just have to rub the 2nd and 3rd time. You don't have to take new water to wash the arms thrice. Is this correct? Or does one have to take new water each time?

2]When making Wudhu with a Mudd,is there a specific method to do It? Or is it like how one would normally make Wudhu under running water,you using the Mudd instead?

Answer: 

Number 1

One must use new water each time to complete the Sunnah of washing the limbs of wudhu thrice.1

Number 2

There is no specific mention of performing Wudhu with a Mudd, yes, one must not take the service of another for pouring water for him unless there is a need to do so.2

The method that has come to us by way of Ta’aamul from our predecessors is that one shall make the water flow down from the cup of his hands and then rub it around his arm, this must be done thrice to complete the Sunnah.
