Permission to keep Nafl fast from one's parents

Question:

Does
permission need to be sought from ones parents in order to fast a
sunnat/nafl/qadha fast? If the parent tells the child ( baaligh ,)not to
observe a sunnat/ nafl fast due to the parents feeling the child will not
manage , should the child listen to the parents or continue with the fast?

Are we allowed to nullify our Salaat and respond to a parent calling one during Salaat? Is this Hadeeth proven wherein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "If I would have started Salaat, and one of my parents calls me, I would respond to the call and terminate the Salaat?

Please advise:

If the
girl's parents don't want nikah to be done early due to some family members not
being around

However the
girl and the boys family want Nikah to be done asap because of the hadeeth
that nikah shouldn't be delayed

Zakaat on children's savings

I'm a divorced father
of three children & had kept their savings from gifts received from their
infant days, AlHamdulillah.
