Making a Nathr using the word whenever

Question: 

I took a qasam that whenever I do a certain haram action I will read 5 paras of quraan on the next day,and I ended up doing that haram action a few times and didn't read the 5 paras now I would like to know ...is there kafarah for those days I didn't fulfill my qasam ....does this qasam continue forever....if yes do I have till 12 am the next day if I intended that to read the 5 paras?
