Sajdah Tilawat for the Hifth student and the teacher or parent

1. In Hifdh classes, students learn on their places and also go to their teacher to read. Will that be classed as two separate Majlis and make two Sajdah wajib or only one?

2. When a Hifdh teacher listens and corrects a mistake, how many Sajdah do the teacher and student need to perform?

3. If a student that is learning Sabak Para/Daur takes a short water break in between his learning, will that constitute multiple sajdahs?

4.How many sajdah will a parent do that is sting to help his/her child learn?

Masbooq mistakenly making Salaam behind the Imaam

Question:

If by following Imaam the Masbooq involuntarily made a Salaam, will he have to do the Sajdah Sahw? What if he made two salaams by mistake?

Question:

1. When going into Sajdah from the Qawmah posture, at which point must the hands be placed onto the knees?

2. Are there any texts of the Fuqahaa to prove that when going into Sajdah, the nose should touch the ground first and then the forehead; and when coming up from Sajdah, then the head should be raised first and then the nose?
