If a person reads 4 Rakaats Tahajjud Salaah thinking that it is still the time of Tahajjud, whereas Tahajjud time has already ended, what is the Hukm of the 4 Rakaats , does 2 Rakaats count as the Sunnats of Fajr?

Answer:

1. A Hafiz Saheb performs Tahajjud Salaah with another person in congregation. Others have also requested to join the Tahajjud Salaah. Is this permitted?
If there are a maximum of three Muqtadis, it is permissible to perform Tahajjud in congregation. If the Muqtadis exceed three, it is Makrooh to do so.
