Three Talaaqs

Question: 

A husband said to his wife in an argument threatening her..." If you don't stop then I'm going to use the T word". The argument continued and at the end he said :
"Talaaq"
The couple continued to live together normal immediately (same night). About 2 months later, there was another argument similar. After threatening like previously, husband said:
"Talaaq Talaaq"
They continued to live together as normal and again after 4 months an argument broke out in which the Husband said

three divorces

Question: 

Husband said to wife these words: 

My husband and I had an argument on the 4th of October 2019 around about 9:15 am and he said to me, "Fatimah, this is your first divorce, this is your second divorce, this is your third divorce. Now go." 

Is the Nikaah terminated? 

Answer: 
In the enquired case three divorces are effective. The wife should commence her Iddat immediately.
