Question:
Can you please advise
me of the manner in which my wife’s estate will be distributed if she pre-deceases
me (her husband) based on the following:
• We are married in accordance with Islamic Law;
• My wifes Father has passed away. Her Mother is alive;
• My wife has 3 x Brothers and 3 x Sisters all of whom are alive.
I would appreciate it if you could indicate the beneficiaries and the relevant
share portfolio / percentage each would be entitled to?
