Disclaimer: Any changes in the heirs will bring about changes in the distribution.

After discharging the burial expenses, debts (if any), and execution of the Wasiyyah/bequest from 1/3 of the estate, the estate will be divided into 72 portions as follows:

Wife - 9 shares - 12.5% - R45000

Son - 14 shares - 19.44% - R69984

Son - 14 shares - 19.44% - R69984

Son - 14 shares - 19.44% - R69984

Son - 14 shares - 19.44% - R69984

Daughter - 7 shares - 9.72% - R34992

Total - 72 shares - 99.98% - R359928.00

As you may have noticed, there is a remainder of 0.02% (72 Rands) due to the difficulty of rounding off numbers. This amount will be redistributed amongst the heirs according to above-mentioned percentages which will make the sum total 360000.00 wherein the share of wife will be 45009 Rands, each son will inherit 69998, and the daughter will inherit 34999.
