During this visiting hours i also uae to make qaza of fajir

- I'd also like to know if i must re read the qaza of fajir now that I'm
better(i now read salah while sitting on a chair) ?

Answer:

In the Hanafi Madhab there is a difference of opinion amongst the scholars in regards to the starting time of Asr. According to Imaam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah the ending time of Zuhr and the starting time of Asr is when the shadow of the an object placed on the ground has reached twice its length and the Fatwa is given on the view of Imaam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah . However, the view of his students, Imaam Yusuf Rahimahullah and Imaam Muhammad Rahimahullah is that the time of Asr commences when the shadow of the object has reached its actual length.

Since you required assistance to perform Tayammum due to the severe nature of your illness, if you had performed Asr Salaah according to the times stipulated by Imaam Yusuf and Imaam Muhammad Rahimahullah then on the basis of necessity your Salaah will be valid and there is no need to repeat the Salaah. This will be the ruling for the duration of your stay in hospital and not under normal circumstances.

However, if the Asr Salaah was performed before the time stipulated by Imam Yusuf Rahimahullah and Imam Muhammad Rahimahullah then Qadhaa will be necessary, as this means that Asr Salaah was performed in Zuhr time.

The Qadhaa of the missed Fajr Salaah (during your stay in hospital) performed whilst lying down (with gestures for Ruku and Sajdah), was valid and does not have to be repeated.
