What is the
position of a nikah when a husband issues three clear talaaqs but he is
intoxicated because of his usage of cocaine. 

Answer: 

In the queried scenario, all three Talaaqs are valid, the consequence of which is that the Nikaah bond between the couple has been irretrievably severed.
