How will the estate be distributed?

After discharging the burial expenses, debts (if any), and execution of the Wasiyyah/bequest from 1/3 of the estate (if any), the estate will be divided into 6 portions as follows:

Father - 5 shares - 83.33% - R208325.00

Mother - 1 - 16.67% - R41675.00

3 x Brothers - Deprived

2 x Sisters - Deprived

Total - 6 shares - 100% - R250000.00
