Muqtadis seeing the Imaam

Question: 

Our masjid is quite small and had to be slabbed for extra space for Musallis.

You cannot see the Imam from the floor above.

Trustees have now installed cameras and screens for people upstairs and at the far end of the masjid to be able to see the Imam.

1. Is it necessary for the people upstairs to see the Imam?

Selling a leased property

1. Person A sells a house to person B which person A is renting to person C, on condition that person B rents the house to person A and he (person A) will deal with the matter between him and person C. 

2. Can you sell a property being rented out? Who will the rent go to?

1. A person writes out 3 divorces to his wife and then intends to hand over the written Talaaq to her. However, before handing the letter over to her, the 2 of them reconcile. The wife finds the letter under the vehicle after a few days. Does the Talaaq fall? When is the Talaaq effective? 
2. If divorce is written in clear words of divorce, does a Talaaq Raj'ie take place? What is the status of a written divorce?
