Nisaab of Qurbani for a person who has debts

Question:

If a person has debts,even though the people he is owing has not stipulated a date for money to be given to them,,,is it waajib for him to make qurbaani or is it waajib to use money towards paying of debts?

Answer:

a person has less than the Nisaab after deducting the debt amount from his assets then Qurbani will not be Waajib upon him.

Liability exceeding assets to cancel Nisaab

Question:

I know that
if a person's wealth reaches 0 then his previous zakat payment date no longer
remains the same but the one year from the next date he attains nisab will
be his date.

What if a
person's liabilities are more than his total assets will this suffice to cancel
his previous date?

Fixing a date for discharging Zakaat

Question:

1)If a person became
balag in Zilqidah & zakah is due on him but doesn't remember the date, what
should he do?

2)If for the sake of remembering his annual zakah, can one permanentaly change
his zakah due date to 1st Ramadan from Zilqidah. I.e. he is fixing the zakah
due date a few months earlier than the actual due date?
