is giving his business to the youngest son who worked in business with him.
There were sufficient witnesses when the father addressed all his children.

In his
Will, he also stated that he bequeathed the business to this youngest son.

Buying gold on credit

Question:

A person buys gold coins from a gold broker/dealer. He deposits the money into the dealer's account and collects the coin at a later stage, perhaps a day or two later. Is this correct? Is it necessary to take possession of the coin immediately?

Answer:

This will be correct. It is not necessary to take possession of the gold coin immediately. (Shaami Vol. 5 Pg. 179)

Takhliyah in a gift

Question:

Zaid tells Amr that i goft this watch to you. Zaid then places the watch in front of Amr in such a manner that Amr is able to take possession of the watch and says' "Here, take this".

Will this make Amr the owner of the watch if he doesn't pick it up and leaves the place?
