Bayaan before Khutbah

Question: 

Respected Mufti ,I would like to enquire if there is any narration established showing that some sought of khutba/bayaan (like how we have English bayaan in today's times )took place before the main khutba of jumuaah and if there is how strong is the riwayat ,and if there is , would that عمل be regarded as sunnat or nafl, if it is sunnat will we regard it as sunnat zawaaid or sunnat هدي ،

I've heard an aalim say that ibn Abbas ( رضي الله عنه) would give some advice before the main khutba on the day of jumuuah.

Du'aa after Eid Salaat

Question: 

In the Hanafi Madhab, should Dua be made after the Eid
Salaat, or after the Eid Khutbah?


Answer: 

The Dua should be made after the Eid Salah, not after the Khutbah. (Imdadul Fatawa Vol. 1 Pg. 602) 

AND ALLAH TA'AALA ALONE IN HIS INFINITE KNOWLEDGE KNOWS BEST

Khutbah of Eid Salaat

Question: 

In the Hanafi Madhab, should Dua be made after the Eid
Salaat, or after the Eid Khutbah?


Answer: 

The Du'a should be made after the Eid Salaat, not after the Khutbah.

Sunnats after English lecture in Jumu'ah

Question: 

Regarding the time
given for sunnats before jummah salaah, what is noticed is that in those
masaajid where time is given to perform sunnats after the english lecture, many
if not most of those present perform their sunnats and also fill up the gaps in
the saffs resulting in those standing outside the masjid finding place in the
masjid before the commencement of the khutbah as oppose to those masaajid where
time is not given late comers either perform their sunnats during the English
