Breaking a person's marriage

Question: 

What is the Qur'anic Aayat and Ahadeeth on divorce, and what happens if you try to break someon'e marriage? 

Answer: 
In the Qur’aan, the matter of Talaaq has been discussed in Surah Baqarah, Surah Ahzaab, Surah Talaaq, etc., you may find the intended verse therein. In addition, since there are many Ahaadeeth with regard to Talaaq, we will suffice on mentioning one.

Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam said:

Children born of incorrect marriage

Question: 

If a woman
marries someone while she is in Iddah either after divorce or after death, the
nikah is null and void and is unaccepted, according to all four madhabs . The
man and woman are regarded as living in sin. But what if they have two children
from this marriage. Is it watiy bishubhah or not. Will children be
legitimate.  


Annulled Marriage

Question: 

I am separated from my
husband for about ten years, but he did not give me talaq, so the jamiat in my
area decided to cancel our nikah. My question is will I have to sit for iddat
after this cancellation takes place?
