Is transfer of ownership sufficient to render a gift of property valid?

Question: 

When it comes to gifting a home or property to some one, the Fuqahā say that the home/ property should not be occupied by the givers possession and the gift will not be valid if there is possessions of the giver.

ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ اﻟﻤﻮﻫﻮﺏ ﻣﺸﻐﻮﻝا ﺑﻤﺎ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﻤﻮﻫﻮﺏ ﻷﻥ ﻣﻌﻨﻰ اﻟﻘﺒﺾ ﻭﻫﻮ اﻟﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺼﺮﻑ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺒﻮﺽ ﻻ ﻳﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺸﻐﻞ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬا ﻳﺨﺮﺝ ﻣﺎ ﺇﺫا ﻭﻫﺐ ﺩاﺭا ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﺘﺎﻉ اﻟﻮاﻫﺐ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ اﻟﺪاﺭ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺳﻠﻢ اﻟﺪاﺭ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺘﺎﻉ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻷﻥ اﻟﻔﺮاﻍ ﺷﺮﻁ ﺻﺤﺔ اﻟﺘﺴﻠﻴﻢ بدائع الصنائع 

Takhliyah in a gift

Question: 

Zaid tells Amr that i goft this watch to you. Zaid then places the watch in front of Amr in such a manner that Amr is able to take possession of the watch and says' "Here, take this". 
Will this make Amr the owner of the watch if he doesn't pick it up and leaves the place? 
Explain the concept of Takhliyah. 

Answer: 

Selling the skin of a Qurbani animal

Question: 

a person, after doing his Waajib Qurbani donated the skin, or rather, gifts the skin of the Qurbani animal to the owner of the farm where Qurbani was carried out. once the owner takes possession of the skin which was gifted to him, he sells it to a particular person. the funds accrued from the sale of the skin is then donated as Lillah to a particular institute. 
Is the sale of the skin valid as the normal Mas'ala is that selling of Qurbani meat is not permitted? 
Is the Lillah donation to the institute in order?
