Zakaat on loans

Question:

As
an employee, I am facilitated to take 3 types of loan from my employer.

Loan type 01:

Zakaat on children's savings

Question:

I'm a divorced father
of three children & had kept their savings from gifts received from their
infant days, AlHamdulillah.

1. When is the
right age to give this money over to my children?

Fixing a date for discharging Zakaat

Question:

1)If a person became
balag in Zilqidah & zakah is due on him but doesn't remember the date, what
should he do?

2)If for the sake of remembering his annual zakah, can one permanentaly change
his zakah due date to 1st Ramadan from Zilqidah. I.e. he is fixing the zakah
due date a few months earlier than the actual due date?

Zakaat for illegitimate child

Question:

A Muslim woman has a child from a christian man out of wedlock. The child is now 8 years of age. This child is now in the custody of the father as the mother is not prepared to take care of the child. The father is prepared to send the child to Muslim School to continue with her education but cannot afford to do so. Is this child eligible for Zakaat? Who is the Wali of this child since the father is Christian?

I gave a person Zakaat thinking that he could take Zakaat. After one month I realised that he was not a person who can receive Zakaat. Have I accomplished the rendering of my Zakaat?

In the case of it not being permissible, and a person had been doing so, then what should he do?
